Martin D. Miasserian, CPA

He was a co-founder of the firm Miasserian & Plunkett LLC in June 2003.  Before co-founding the firm, Martin served as the Managing Partner of Miasserian, Zuroff & Kornbliet from 1994 through 2003.  During his career, he had three clients that he assisted in developing into publicly traded companies. 

Martin also served as the Managing Partner of Miasserian & Zuroff from 1987 through 1994.  From 1971 through 1987, Martin ran his own practice, Martin D. Miasserian, CPA.  Prior to 1971 he was employed by various local and regional public accounting firms.  Martin holds a degree from Bentley College of Accounting and Finance and has served on the Professional Ethics Committee of the Mass Institute of Certified Public Accountants for eight years.

He was a co-founder of the firm Miasserian & Plunkett LLC in June 2003.  Before co-founding the firm, David served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Bruker BioSpin Corporation, Bruker BioSpin MRI Inc., Bruker Optics Inc. and Bruker BioSciences Inc., a publicly traded company, (all global manufactures of biotech and medical equipment with $500 million in revenue) from 1997 through 2003. 

David also served as Corporate Controller of Bruker BioSpin Corporation, Bruker BioSpin MRI Inc., Bruker Optics Inc. and Bruker BioSciences Inc. (all global manufactures of biotech and medical equipment) from 1991 through 1997.  David also served as a Director for Bruker Mexicana and ProteiGene Inc. from 1999 through 2002.  From 1988 through 1991, he served as Corporate Controller for MSM Management Corporation (a Boston based real estate and hospitality management firm) and from 1985 through 1988 he served as an Accounting Supervisor at West Lynn Creamery.  David holds a master’s degree from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.
